The purpose of this role was to develop the commercial side of the business, with the aim to increase growth and profitability, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. Whilst studying for my Business Management Degree I joined Bartech as an Engineering Workshop Assistant. This role saw me dismantling, cleaning and reassembling various diesel engine components including cylinder heads, fuel injection systems & turbochargers to name but a few. Throughout this time I largely extended my knowledge on diesel engines, and took a real grasp to the industry.
