As a crew member in McDonald’s I had to work very well I’m busy situations, under a constant. amount of pressure. I also have to work well under fast service times because the store I work in is so busy we have to stay at a pace to ensure customers are happy with a fast and happy service. I am mainly in drive thru or customer service on the front of the shop floor because with my years of experience talking to all different people I find it easy to communicate with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.

I continued on with my apprenticeship at The Hair Hut and am almost fully qualified as a Junior stylist, my duties are the same as my previous two employments however as I am qualified in particular areas I now also am able to cut and colour and style confidently.

While working at Toni & Guy I learnt many skills, my duties were to greet customers, give advice and tips to customers regarding styles, colour and keeping their hair in healthy condition. I also took bookings and ensured the senior stylists had everything they needed to complete their appointments whilst learning on the job. I also had to offer every customer a refreshment and ensure the salon was kept in a tidy state.
