Contracts have included: East Arnhem Regional CouncilSand Palm Consulting was contracted by the Northern Territory Government, Mental Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Branch (MHAODB) and East Arnhem Regional Council to construct and roll out the Youth AOD Service System (YASS). The YASS was a way of providing more place-based supports for young people experiencing low to moderate vulnerabilities who are at higher risk or may already be engaging with AOD use in East Arnhem Land and to further formalise referral processors for young people that are experiencing high vulnerabilities/ AOD use.Barkly Region Alcohol & Drug Abuse Advisory Group (BRADAAG) Based on a series of damaging events that occurred within BRADAAG, the board of Directors voted to place the organisation into administration. This prompted an independent review to be carried out and the government to provide additional support and the instatement of a Change Management Committee. Sand Palm Consulting was contracted to provide AOD services. This contract involved working in a block as the Treatment Wellbeing Manager (Operations Manager) for all four programs within the organisation for a seven-month period, whilst co-writing a model of care for the whole organisation and individual Operation Manuals for each of the four programs.Aboriginal Sobriety Group (ASG) (currently) consulting and developing a redefined Model of Care, Operations Manual and Integrated Service Model for their Mobile Assistance Patrol program.
