This included designing, developing and integrating configurable tools which allowed customers to create and configure their own coverages, forms and programs in order to stay ahead of the program business. • Architected, implemented and led a major product feature, Canned Endorsement Wording (CEW), which tracked a wide range of policy mid-term transactions changes for populating and printing on Policy Changes forms.

• Lead developer of applications and forms.• Lead expert developer in company’s Report Writer used in the generation of all policy forms.• Responsible for the training of all new application developers and continued mentorship.• Travelled and trained customers’ IT developers on the use of our development tools.• Established standards and best practices that allowed for end-to-end support of our products – from quoting to policy issuance. Major achievements:• Because of my continued desire to simplify and eliminate technical redundancy, I architected and led the development of a Framework platform where all future products would be built upon. This Framework allowed for significantly accelerated and parallel development of all future company base and custom products.• Twenty-one years later (2021), this Framework continues to be the foundation of all company products such as Package, BOP, Umbrella, and many custom products.
