Harry is a uniquely experience aerospace professional who has operated at Executlve level in many roles in the industry, including Flight Test, Flight Training, Manufacturing, Programmes and Quality. He has flown more than 75 types of aircraft and operated under 4 design bureau from 7 flight test centres.

From 2012 until may 2017 I acted as Operational Advisor to the Head of Product Safety Airbus. The role involved participation in the EASA CAT CAG and HF CAG Committees as well as the Flight Safety Foundation EAC and IAC groups. Having responsibility for the relationship between Airbus and the numerous pilot professional bodies, led to presenting at their Annual Safety Conferences as well as being active on the IFALPA Huper Committee. IOther external responsibilities included participation in the U.K. Flight Safety Committee and delivering numerous talks to various parts of the aviation and maritime communities from Ab Initio flight training and a universities to shipping companies and suppliers. The role also involved organising and moderating the Airbus Safety Conference. Central to the internal task was to look forwards to try to predict future industry threats and risks and then suggest possible solutions.Finally, but by no means least, it also involved working closely with the expert Airbus safety team to provide operational viewpoints particularly as regards human performance relating to flight deck activity.

Two phases as Deputy SVP Flight Test were separated by a period of 4 years as Head of Production Delivery Testing, during the ramp up from 200 to 500 deliveries per year. Harry led the Flt Ops team in setting up the Flight Testing capability in China in support of the Airbus Final Assembly Line at Tianjin, China
