-Ensure the Field Operator follows the SOP in terms of the Cardom system-Share every update in the Cardom system to Field Operator-Guide and direct if the Field Operator has problems in terms of the Cardom system-Report any issues that occur in the Cardom system in daily report to Project Manager-Give advices and input into the working field incase to develop productivity and anticipate the problems

-Ensure the KYC phone verificator agents reach the Key Performance Indicator ( KPI )-Ensure the KYC agents follows the SOP and the new policies-Make the daily report, weekly report, monthly report-Work with multiple department (tech, finance, sales) to understand more about technical issues around KYC and accurately address such issues-Proactively escalate and/or propose ideas to on how to improve KYC process

-Conducting the prescreen process, namely sorting applications that do not meet the filing standards according to the 5C 1P criteria.-Conducting BI checking (SLIK) and rating verification processes for prospective cardholders who already have credit cards issued by other banks.-Make decisions according to the results of credit analysis.

-Ensure that every operational function is running well, such as Teller, Customer Service, Admin and Cashier.-Ensure that every verification process, contract and disbursement of funds to customers have been carried out in a system manner in accordance with applicable procedures.-Ensuring managerial functions in fulfilling human resources, especially for lower levels, quotas, capacity and placement of human resources according to needs through training and training.-Ensure that there is monitoring and accountability for the physical money circulating in branches by recording the subledger in the system every day.
