As the head of administrative affairs for the society, I am responsible for a range of essential tasks. This includes coordinating and overseeing the scheduling and execution of our regular weekly meetings, as well as any other gatherings. I ensure that all timelines and deadlines for both ongoing and one-time society events are met, as well as contributing to these events independently as a society member.

I provided valuable assistance to senior mechanical engineers within the HVAC team, contributing to multiple projects through tasks such as modeling, drafting, performing calculations, and participating in the design process. In this role I developed skills across the engineering field as well as gained experience in working in a professional environment as part of a dynamic team.

Tutored first and second year students from the University of Melbourne in a number of Mathematics, Science and Engineering subjects.
