Solutions Architect - 2007 to 2014 - Advanced Services Solutions Architect role in 2007. This role involved very custom targeted technology solutions for Verizon’s top 20% customer base. Anything from dedicated MPLS / 10 GigE networks, private fiber builds, and PS engagements for large projects to much larger outsourcing / badge swap solutions. This role involved bridging technical solutions with Verizon business practice areas. Worked directly with customer leadership teams on defining strategy and gathering requirements and then worked with Verizon Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Engineering teams to develop the custom agreements, from the technology capabilities perspective. (SoW’s and PS Engagements).Network Consultant IV - 2001 to 2007 - Provide Network Consulting support to include technical presentations, training, network design, and proposal writing. My Team was responsible for the design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of all SONET and transmission systems for the Sacramento region. I provided technical support to my team for advanced technical issues. Responsible for managing budget for hardware and software procurement for all Sacramento Operations requirements.
