Current• Used RF Engineering guidelines and Design tools to maximize coverage, capacity and performance of UMTS and LTE Networks• Performed Site scoping and provided site overlay deployment solutions based on feedback from RF Engineering team. Made design adjustments based on Network and Structural analysis, Antenna placement and orientation. Created/Updated RFDS and Respective Database based on scoping meetings• Verified Construction Closeout packages, antenna sweeps, site pics, RAN OSS Configuration and ensured they are built as per RFDS and CIQ.• Monitored and reviewed UMTS and LTE KPIs on sites during Integration phase. Worked closely with RF Engineering Team to resolve KPIs that degraded and ensured KPIs are matching with pre-Integration.• Performed Pre and Post Launch Optimization, troubleshoot top offenders for Accessibility, Retainability, Traffic and DL/UL Throughputs.• Performed detailed Parameter audits to ensure all features and their dependent parameters are aligned as per Market settings. Reviewed EUTRAN/UTRAN relations to ensure Intra/Inter/IRAT mobility.• Prepared LTE, UMTS and GSM CIQs
