  June of 2019 I started working, as a temporary employee 2 days a week through an agency, helping the accountant with invoicing and administration. Within the first week I was offered employment 5 days a week to start work with the customer service department. Soon after I relocated from the customer service office to the production factory office to work as a middle man between customer services and the production business, a role that had not been present before. After I was taken on with a contract, I continued to work in the factory dealing with customer queries, liaising between customer services, the production departments and directly with customers. In February 2021 I secured an internal job promotion to the title currently held- production coordinator. The job role manages and maintains the work flow for the Huddersfield site so that departments have sufficient work orders present. I manage stock control and communicate between different branches of customer services, suppliers, and relevant departments ensuring that stock is ordered regularly.
