Human Resources Specialist
- 1. Talent Acquisition (30%)- Search for candidates through social networks such as FB, Linkined,....- Approach potential candidates and attract suitable potential candidates for the company- Report to superiors on.
- Support implementation of management of C&B processes including: Timekeeping, salary slips, income, employee information on social insurance and personal income tax.
- Manage all employees’ labor contracts.
- Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
- Follow up monthly and yearly annual leaves of each employee.3. Manage purchases- Plan purchases, search for goods and choose items with prices suitable for the company.- Report to superiors and make purchasing requests.
