Acting as the focal point for all grant maintenance procedures I was responsible for monitoring the status of ongoing enquiries and actioning requests received from Research Organisations and Research Councils.

As a team leader I was accountable for staff motivation, delegating and prioritising workloads and formulating unbiased solutions to customers conflicting demands. I also maintained high levels of professionalism and ensured all staff adhered to standard business procedure.

I worked part time as a Customer Service Advisor whilst I studied at college, during this time I gained a vast knowledge of the working environment. The job entailed providing quality customer service, contributing to store targets and handling product deliveries within allocated time slots.
