Responsible for all aspects of optical administration; answering & transferring calls,updating and filing records, processing invoices, sending & receiving correspondence,banking, store reconciliation, stock taking, ordering, sorting deliveries. Providing anaccurate and efficient administrative service to support the store's success. Additionally, Iwas responsible for managing the stores H&S compliance by writing/ reviewing riskassessments, completing the weekly/ 6 monthly/ quarterly H&S checklists, organising H&Sinspections & store maintenance. Uploading all relevant evidence of compliance to H&Shub and reporting incidents to relevant authorities. Developed skills such as prioritisingtasks, managing my own workload, maintaining accuracy and a high attention to detail andbeing self-sufficient and self-motivated. Store management also enlisted me to help withrecruitment. As such, I helped interview prospective colleagues for various entry levelpositions.

In this position, I was responsible for: running training courses in customer service skills,disability awareness, and company health and safety policies & procedures for new andexisting colleagues. Training/coaching colleagues through the theoretical and practicalaspects of amusement ride and rollercoaster operation. Assessing trained colleagues informal practical assessments and theory examinations. Leading the ride teams and beinga role model for the department. Responsible for the safety and security of all guests andstaff on the ride whilst managing strict health and safety policies and procedures. Deliveringmemorable experiences for all park guests.

Entertaining cruise ship passengers in high energy musical shows, themed parties, flash mobs and lounge shows. Nurturing show quality with rehearsals and personal coaching.
