My current role as Digital Marketing Manager involves managing and overseeing the results, growth and strategy for our biggest digital clients, training new digital employees and building relationships and trust with current and potential clients. I also take the leading role on major marketing projects from initial scoping to onboarding and continued strategy. As Digital Marketing Manager I am constantly looking for new technologies to push our team and clients further and faster. Utilising my past experiences with R6 Digital I am able to provide process optimisations as well as working closely with multiple divisions including development and design.

As R6 Digital's client base grew larger, I was given the opportunity to take on bigger clients and take on exciting new digital marketing opportunities. This growth in work also meant a bigger team and gave me the chance to develop skills as a mentor to new digital marketing staff. This allowed me to help set the direction of small, medium and large projects and develop soft skills of leading and working in a team.

My initial role at R6 Digital as a Junior Designer lead me to complete a variety of web, digital, print and brand designs for a variety of small business clients. Working with a variety of clients with different business needs allowed me to develop the following skills to provide creative solutions to suit any brief:* Designing responsive websites for small to medium-sized businesses* Designing digital media (social media content, EDMs, email signatures and display ads)* Designing a range of printed marketing materials (flyers, business cards, brochures, pull up banners)* Keeping up to date with latest design trends and toolsDuring this time I also had the opportunity to take on some exciting digital marketing opportunities at R6, learning the ins and outs of many new industries and how to create campaigns to drive real business. I both loved and excelled in digital marketing and was later given the opportunity to follow this passion solely whilst using my graphic design skills to create stunning advertisements.

Created a series of commercials and made TV appearances for STAINMASTER Carpet in rendition of the famous Pro Hart carpet commercials.
