Promoted to P9(Director) on 2018. Lead one product team of Financial Core department to design the risk management framework and related systems of fintech industry.

I work as senior product manager to lead the product definition of FX related applications. Including a Market Maker Pricing Engine, a Client Flow Management System, and a FX Risk Management System. I am rsponsible for leading the team define the roadmap of FX products, and produce the requirements specifications. I also join the design of auto-quotation/trading algorithm, risk management mechanism, and modeling FX derivatives risks.

As an engineer work for Electronic Trading Team, I am responsible for designing and implementing the application to manage the clients' flow. I provide traders with tool to monitor the clients portfolio, set up portfolio level limit, and reject/hold order breach the threashold limit. As an anginner work for Algo Trading Analysis Team, I am rsponsible for designing and implementing tool to evaluating the performance of Algo trading. Use quantitative methods to evaluate the algo orders' perofrmance, and provide suggestion to traders amend the algo order.
