Responsible for reliability and mechanical integrity of more than 500 facilities of rotating equipment’s.Determine threat characteristic, probable causes and recommendation.Determine critical level ranking of each facilities.Determine control strategies (repair, replace and maintenance) to prevent the threat.Inspection rotating equipment such as (pump, blower, motor conveyor, air compressor, rotary gear) by visual, using vibro meter tools and support data by thermograph, if found some defect at rotary equipment the analysis of vibrometer can figure out of bearing failure or shaft failure.Participant for static equipment Inspection by UT test, Corrosion and Thermograph inspection. Following equipment HSFO Tank, piping, air reservoir & blowpot. Determine thickness static equipment, and give suggestion for each static equipment based on rank. Make a report all facilities and present in front of Maintenance Manager.
