This project is a series of situational judgment testing films for Innerly created for online / app testing as part of a recruitment process. It’s a very visual approach to psychometric testing, with detailed, colourful CGI characters and environments.I animated multiple sequences with a diverse range of characters. I worked on a three character driven shots.These shots included body mechanics, acting and characters interacting with props and each other.I provided multiple updates to the director; embracing and implementing notes and feedback that were provided.I made sure to manage my time effectively to ensure the best quality was delivered by the deadline.Working remotely I made sure to be available for calls and meetings and maintained a high level of communication.
