At Stanford, I was employed in a variety of administrative roles ensuring thatthat the health and safety of the patients is handled professionally, diligentlyand safely. This involved day-to-day tasks like handling calls and thereception area, alongside proactively helping patients arrange health reviewsfor various conditions requiring monitoring. I also monitored ourcommunication, across various platforms, ensuring correspondence isdiligently and appropriately dealt with, whilst co-ordinating a range of outsideorganisations and specialists in order to put the patient’s health first.

Alongside a tightly-knit team I helped select and book internationally-regarded artists, liaising with their agents and managing their itineraries prior to and on the day of the event. I also handled the artist copy, and was involved in the management of the festival's social media presence and sales strategy.
