Currently working full-time as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Joined Enterprise in August 2019 at the Wednesbury branch before moving to the Stafford branch in February 2020. Was promoted from Management Trainee to Management Assistant in February 2021, before being promoted to Assistant Manager at the Wolverhampton North Branch. In January 2023, I was promoted to Branch Manager at Enterprise at the Wednesbury branch. As a Branch Manager at Enterprise Motability my main responsibilities involve hitting and exceeding sales and revenue targets whilst maintaining cost control to help run a profitable branch, providing high standards of customer service to ensure consumer needs and demands are met, identifying opportunities to help grow the business through marketing with local accounts to maximise fleet utilisation and growth, running and operating a large fleet of vehicles in a busy environment to meet consumer demand as well as managing, developing and training employees within a workforce to maximise their potential and help achieve the branches goals and objectives.Graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management at University of Worcester. An ambitious, competitive and commercially minded Business Management graduate who has experience in fleet management as well as retail management. Have an open minded interest in all aspects of business, specifically Management, Sales, Human Resources and Operations.Have also worked part time as a Salesman a Ron Flowers Sport in Wolverhampton as well as a Paralegal Assistant at Mark Redler & Co Solicitors.
