Advanced capabilities including VoIP access from IBM’s corporate network, geo disbursed bridges, passcode security, globalized service, and in call monitor.• In depth knowledge of Collaboration Service Providers capabilities, strength and weaknesses via numerous RFPs, analysis, awards and deployments• Led deployment of an IBM Research developed AC system. Included capability to read Notes calendars and provide unique features for mobile uses. This complex service required leveraging global IBM development and support resources, infrastructure services and integrating other applications and supplier 800 number service. At its peak, this service supported 65 M minutes per month for 32 K hosts.
