I am currently an operations Team Manager at SGN, with my team we deliver routine and none routine mechanical maintenance on flow control, pressure control and energy generation equipment on 0-69bar LTS and distribution network assets, both during working hours and out of hours emergency. I contribute to this role as a Authorising Engineer and a Competent Person in pressure tiers within the LTS transmission system (0-69barg). My current position ranges from purchasing parts for routine maintenance, writing, approving routine and none routine procedures, locating and managing stock levels for spare parts for general maintenance and repair, sourcing parts for breakdown repair, to ensure security of supply to our customers. I have am educated to HNC and HND, with Merit in mechanical engineering. I also deliver a range in house projects, arrange contracts for after care on package systems and manage operational budgets. I strive for excellence and I am a hard working individual, paying attention to detail, over seeing the processes I help to deliver.
