Mr. Silver has extensive experience in planning, design and regulatory requirements for life science facilities. The projects range from academic and research and development laboratories, clean room manufacturing spaces, biotech, oral dose, potent compound, vaccine, packaging suites, hazardous materials containment spaces, office and cafeteria space. He also brings an overwhelming amount of knowledge in project coordination, preparing construction documents and specification to each project. He has designed and managed the architectural team through highly technical and multi-millions dollar projects.In addition to life science facilities, he has extensive experience with the design and process of hospitals, health care, assisted living/nursing facilities, academic, financial institutions, commercial facilities, office buildings, religious facilities and single and multi-family residential design. This wide range of building type experience has allowed him to incorporate various components and design ideas from one building type into another.Mr. Silver is involved in all aspects of the architectural practice. His experience spans the entire design process from writing proposals to construction administration. He has served as a team member in all roles; most recently Process Architect, Project Manager, Project Designer and Interior Designer.Mr. Silver’s responsibilities have included taking a leadership, management and coordination role with the project team members and consultants from inception through completion. He has developed and led cohesive project teams of planners, architects, interior designers and engineers to meet demanding project criteria and schedules. His responsibilities are to lead, motivate and provide a strong team environment for the project members. This is achieved by inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, challenging the process, taking acceptable risks and assuming ultimate responsibility for the team's actions.
