As a Billing-Accounts-Merch specialist contracted by Riot Games to provide customer support, I assist customers with a wide variety of issues, while maintaining Riot's vision of being one of the most player focused gaming companies in the world. From recovering player accounts lost due to malicious compromise, investigating fraudulent purchase claims, to providing reorders for misplaced packages, I maintain a high level of efficiency and quality, all while ensuring each customer walks away with their problem resolved as completely and satisfactorily as possible.After becoming a veteran on the Billing-Accounts-Merch team, I assisted in the training of new hires and regularly held one-on-one coaching sessions with struggling team members to provide them with best practices, update their workflow, and ensure that they thoroughly understood the correct processes to help our customers.
