Responsible for the identification and implementation of operational improvement projects within Media Distribution Services utilising lean manufacturing theory.------------Successfully designed a workflow system for a major new contract which led to a reduction in effort of 50% by reducing non value adding tasks. Drove the introduction of script-based file delivery system which reduced the amount of tape movement by 5-7% in a particular process.
