• Worked within the Major Projects team of the Capital Investment Directorate, delivering key resilience upgrades to water treatment works, and provided support on the early deliverables and procurement process for a new strategic bioresource plant.• Participated in a chemical dosing package review workshop, identified key opportunities from this to reduce budget overspend, and took ownership of these by investigating the scale of the opportunity with stakeholders within the business and design contractors. • Engaged in professional learning workshops, including an 8-week NEC4 contract workshop regarding key elements of the ECC, a session on the environmental regulations governing water quality and discharge licenses, as well as the environmental incident response team’s methodology.

• Hosted up to 150 guests a night in the 1900 Bar while ensuring an excellent guest experience, serving food, beer, wine, and cocktails both on and off the menu.• Developed strong teamworking and communication skills with my coworkers to ensure a short wait and pleasant experience for guests.• Served up to 50 guests a night in the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, looking after guests for their full dinner experience and recommending appropriate meals, wine pairings, and drinks.
