Overseeing all departments for Hyundai and Suzuki Franchises in Swindon and Suzuki in Cirencester.

I have worked in various departments from the Workshop, through to the Sales Department in a very busy award winning Dealership. I have developed from being front of house, responsible for "Meet and Great" and technically juggling the customers and directing them to a free sales person or service advisor, to now being involved in a wide range of activities in the company. The role was sold to me as "Head Waiter" of the Dealership, which was an accurate description, I started off with most of my time being spent on all aspects of customer service and ensuring the comfort and timely introduction of all customers. I am now involved in every part of the business, from accounting to sales, IT and general problem solving.
