Manage human resources team responsible for organization’s administrative processes and strength management data systems for an 800-person Infantry Battalion. Develop and refine battalion standard operating procedures for all human resource processes. Liaise with higher echelon human resource sections on behalf of battalion as subject matter expert.

Second-in-command of 171-person infantry company. Led 10-person headquarters team managing logistical, maintenance, supply accountability, security and administrative support and planning and resourcing training. Developed, implemented, and managed Company procedures for vehicle and equipment maintenance ($62M), accountability, property procurement and transfer, and forward deployment sustainment operations for the Company. Planned and executed the movement of Company personnel and equipment to three countries throughout the Pacific Area of Operation in support of the U.S. Army’s first Pacific Pathways rotation, “America’s strategy to rebalance the Pacific”.

Platoon Leader of a 46 Soldier and four vehicle Stryker Infantry Platoon capable of deploying anywhere in the world by land, sea, or air. Maintained the combat readiness, physical fitness, health, welfare, and force protection of the platoon. Developed, resourced, and implemented training programs to develop Soldiers on new weapons and equipment to include digital mission command systems. Managed the maintenance and accountability of vehicles and organizational equipment in excess of $8M. Handpicked to deploy the platoon and equipment to two overseas training events.

Managed Customer Site Assessment (CSA) Albany Division schedule rollout to include metro area marketing blitzes and line of road select carve-out customers. Created, maintained and analyzed performance measures and data for CSA and the Total Service Integration initiative within the Customer Relationship Management database (CRM). Conducted on-site customer interviews and audited customer profiles in CRM upon completion. Cross trained to support all CSA Divisions and provided first-line assistance at headquarters and various major metro area marketing blitzes.

Human Intelligence Collection Team Leader of a four soldier team responsible for intelligence collection and reporting to Battlefield Commanders. Planned, instructed, and executed training, within a severely restricted timetable, to provide professional development and instill basic soldiering skills to subordinates. Deployed to Iraq as part of a Human Intelligence Team and conducted more than 200 successful interrogations, providing Commanders’ recommendations on enemy targeting during and prior to combat operations.
