Facilitate the spares from the point of receipt, testing, inspection, to shipping. Significant reduction in delinquency and increased OTD.4th Rotation - Aftermarket Sourcing A role that combines buy and fulfilment. Managing a portfolio of suppliers. Raising purchase orders to ship repairs to vendors, analysing the quotes and expediting the repair. Working within an IPT to ensure the shop floor have as little shortages as possible.5th Rotation - Supply Chain Analyst A finance role that greatly improved my understanding of how finance works in business. My most significant contribution being creating a cost pack specific to each business unit that provided them with their personalised rate based on productive hours and expenses. Also included, DLP, a breakdown of NPT, Overtime percentages. Exposure to working with the site lead and presenting out to senior leadership.6th Rotation - 777X Operations LeaderA team leader role working with the operators and inspectors on the ELMS3 program for the new 777X. Ensuring we hit our delivery commitments. Holding morning meetings with key stakeholders such as engineering, quality, planning, sourcing and Boeing. Implemented lean processes to reduce NPT and reduce build time.
