Worked in a scorching hot kitchen in an amazing college town that will do anything for a slice of brisket. No matter the heat everyone has to eat and when 4th of July came around we served over 300 customers. We managed to sell multiple whole briskets, countless amount of ribs, and pounds on top of pounds of our in-house made mac and cheese. I had a great time learning cooking skills and recipes that will last a lifetime.
