Rare earth nitride samples were prepared using molecular beam epitaxy and/or physical vapour deposition in high vacuum. Devices were prepared using microfabrication methods and were studied using transport measurements at low temperatures and in high magnetic fields. General duties included upkeep of the lab, repairs and automation of experiments. -
