405 students attend the school, and the school employs 70 staff.Member of Senior Leadership Team with strategic responsibility for Finance, Premises, Health & Safety, Human Resources, School Admissions, Catering, IT. In this role I directly line manage 3 Managers and I lead a wider team of twenty staff. I also have strategic financial responsibility for a £2.5m annual budget.

Project Managed the annual cycle of quality assurance, which includes monitoring the performance management of staff within the Directorate and the academic performance of students.

I owned a small ironing business, serving clients in my local area. I ran this business for 2 years, starting it when I was 16 years old. I quickly found great enjoyment in creating and supporting fruitful and friendly relationships with customers.
