• Oversee 144a catastrophe bond issuances and resets on behalf of Verisk (formerly AIR Worldwide), providing final sign-off on all materials to be released to the market. Have project-managed the risk analysis for over 100 cat bonds totalling more than $15 billion worth of issued bond notes.• Manage Verisk’s participation during the marketing phase of cat bonds. Participate in global calls, in-person investor presentations, and one-to-one roadshow meetings. • Prepare quarterly reporting for Verisk’s board of directors, revenue projections for Extreme Event Solutions senior management, and work with billing department to finalise invoices. • Lead production of marketing materials related to Verisk’s ILS work.• Develop training programmes to improve industry knowledge, communication, and technical skills across the Securities team.

• Responsible for reviewing all values and exhibits provided in catastrophe bond Risk Analysis Reports, Investor Presentations, and Reset Reports. Worked directly with analysts to ensure timelines were met and structures accurately modelled.• Conduct initial review of catastrophe bond transaction documents (e.g. OCS). Responsible for reviewing defined terms, updating disclaimers, confirming reset mechanics and timeline. Work with AIR’s legal team as part of review.• Assist with scoping and pricing of projects as well as co-ordinating RFP responses for the ILS group.

• Negotiated and executed software license and consulting contracts on behalf of AIR, working with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.• Managed client and prospect relationships for a number of Lloyd’s Syndicates and European ILS funds, conducting regular stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback and identify software issues that may require escalation. AIR’s primary contact in: France, Benelux, and Israel.• Led RFP responses managed through AIR’s London office.. • Presented AIR’s models, software and methodology to both prospects and clients. Presented on topics including: US hurricane, US earthquake, European extra-tropical cyclone, European earthquake, UK & European flood, Japan earthquake, terrorism, cyber, protection gap, and exposure management. • 2013 & 2015 Verisk President’s Club award winner for contribution to the growth of AIR’s London Office.

• Worked with analysts and market data teams from various investment banks to implement and support FactSet’s products. • Tasked with training and migrating over 300 users and at the time of my departure was the lead FactSet consultant for London branches of: JP Morgan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch (now BofA Securities), and UBS.

• Assisted with administration and amending of contracts as well shadowing an Associate dealing with structured finance transactions.
