Facilitate pre-sales business analysis activities with prospective SaaS Client and Case Management System customers from initial enquiry through to proposal sign-off, acting as the subject matter expert for SaaS Client and Case Management systems. Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure that a prospective customer’s needs are understood, and that a proposal is presented to the customer for a well-scoped and impactful SaaS project that fits their needs and capabilities.

Drive delivery of community-sector technology projects for small, medium and large enterprise scale organisations. Elicit and analyse business and technical requirements, scope projects, then execute on projects through the configuration of SaaS systems to meet customer needs.

- Research, write and maintain policy documentation, both internal and public-facing, across a diverse range of subject areas.
