I directed all financial operations, supervised the finance team, and ensured adherence to regulatory standards. My duties included enhancing processes, forecasting, budgeting, managing cash flows, preparing year-end and management accounts, and liaising with the German parent company to ensure alignment of intercompany balances and adherence to internal deadlines.
