During my placement at TSC, I worked as part of a team of engineers; building, editing and testing process simulation models. I have built several generic training models, as well as working on larger projects for companies such as BP. In addition to the technical skills I used during my time at TSC, I also took part in collecting and analysing data from a small scale pilot plant in order to produce a simulation model of the plant. As well as working on the simulation models, I also programmed macros and model items in the C and C++ languages respectively, improving my knowledge and understanding of these languages.
