As Vice President of North America Managed Services / Client Delivery at Microlistics, I listen to and support clients, delivering software and operations that reduce overheads, eliminate waste in processes, and meet their short and long term organizational strategy and goals. I am also responsible for establishing North America’s managed services team for Microlistics. As a member of the team at Microlistics responsible for setting up the Company’s strategic five-year road map, annual business plans, targets and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, I have a broad view of the Microlistics business.In my role as Vice President of North America Managed Services / Client Delivery, I also: • Lead the expansion of Microlistics in the region with the ultimate goal of building a strong presence across North America, and recognition as a top WMS provider.• Hire and lead an implementation team, located in multiple regions across North America, to support major supply chain projects to improve operational efficiencies across a variety of industries. • Drive cost reductions across multiple client supply chains through innovative yet pragmatic solutions that improve operational processes and ensure complete on-time delivery, implementing KPIs and continuous improvement across client operations. • Lead transportation and distribution efforts to optimize processes, driving cost savings and delivering customer expectations across multiple client supply chains globally. This work has included RFP negotiations, consolidation opportunities, route optimizations, distribution and process improvements leading to significant cost reductions and customer operation improvements. • Deliver WMS projects on time, on budget, and with no interruptions to clients’ business-critical supply chain operations.

Responsible for global supply chain operations across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.Direct and lead a combined headcount of approximately 150 employees with an annual revenue of +$700M. Supply chain management includes managing +$100M of inventory, implementing and maintaining customs & trade compliance programs, direct management of global distribution network and control of a +$30M transportation spend.North America Distribution optimization strategy and implementation.A key team leader in developing and executing a strategic 5-year supply chain roadmap to increase efficiencies, customer service and to reduce global spend to support the growth of the business.
