Serving as the National Managing Partner, I set vision and direction for the firm nationally and internationally, spearheading our expansion and acquisition strategies, lines of business and business development and am charged with overseeing overall firm profitability. Responsible for building one of the most distinctive advisory practices in Eastern Canada, offering specialized services across almost every major industry and service sector, I have advised private and public companies and private equity firms on their acquisition and divestiture strategies. I have also led complex tax-based transactions and private debt and equity placements. After graduating with a BComm from the University of Toronto, I began my career with a national accounting firm and earned my CA designation in 1989. I later moved to the predecessor firm which has now become RSM Canada.
