I am the Assistant Director of the IDDRC Cellular Imaging Core at Boston Children's Hospital. I completed my doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and began a postdoctoral research position at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My primary research focus was the delineation of injury tolerance thresholds for neural cells under extreme high-rate mechanical loading using light microscopy experimental techniques. I'm a passionate microscopist and love to image anything and everything I can get my hands on!
