With modesty, I am probably one of the most experienced "CFO/Finance Practice"​ recruiters operating in the UK, having specialised for 30+ years in CFO/FD/Senior Finance roles. My skills/approach were not gained in a "big brand" firm, but developed from first principles, in my smaller owner/founder firms: "I Did It My Way"! I am an FCA and an MBA, with earlier career at Arthur Andersen; as Business Planning Executive for EMI's International Operations; and as a Strategy Consultant with US management consultants, Arthur D.Little. This background, together with the sheer number/range of Finance roles handled across a wide sector range, gives me a deep understanding of Finance careers, roles and "benchmarks".My work typically falls at the c. £100-300,000 salary range. I am especially strong at the c. £120-200,000 salary range; where "traditional" search, being over-reliant on researchers "tapping on many cold shoulders", can struggle, taking a long time to tap on the "right" (interested) candidate!
