-Solving issues with broadband, phone lines and emails for a wide demographic of customers. -Being adaptable to the customer on the other end and their knowledge with technology when it came to me asking them to do troubleshooting activities on their end. I also have to be adaptable in the language I use as someone with less technical knowledge will not understand any jargon. -As well as speaking to customers I frequently book engineer appointments and determine their notes to relay to the customers. and implementing the engineer’s solution.

-Comercially driven, working with pace ensuring that our product is showcased well at all times by working with senior VM teams, ensuring guidelines are followed and that the best-selling products are prominently displayed to our customers so they get the best brand experience.-Being held accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store, team deployment was the forefront of my daily routine. Whilst developing my business acumen, used business savviness to ensure things run seamlessly and my team was getting the development they needed.-Responsible for managing a team of passionate and enthusiastic individuals as they cater to our customer’s needs, by engaging them, motivating and coaching them daily.-Worked in conjunction with the management team to enable the store exceeded its targets and KPIs. including setting individual targets of my own. Being creative in how I motivated my team to reach and exceed such targets and KPI’s.-In charge of running not only the floor and team in a top 5 performing store but also other local sites, ensuring they were achieving its targets and KPI's.-Managed and monitored store KPI’s, tracking daily performance so that I/we could actively encourage team members to drive sales.

-Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times. Showing pride in the store's surroundings at all times-Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders become part of my day to day, whilst utilising digital tools to support a positive customer journey.-Putting the customer at the heart of everything I do and work as one team to achieve the best result.-Greeting customers into the store and tailor my approach to support the purpose of their visit.-Working as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback to support my personal growth and development.
