As Assistant Bar Manager my primary role was to support the Bar Manager in the function of the bars. Opera Grill has 3 bars, all 3 require different management and service styles. Due to this the bar manager and I had to oversee all bars and staff simultaneously to ensure all areas were able to work as one cohesive unit.
