My professional experience includes 12 years in corporate management and executive roles with The Gillette Company and PCA International Inc. Since 1985 I have served CEOs and business owners as an independent consultant, mentor and coach. Over the years I have helped businesses grow, gain market share, and increase profitability through programs we developed and directed. My passion is working with business owners to help them reach their full potential and achieve their personal and business visions.After working for over 25 years as a consultant to C-level executives in various sized companies, my passion and experience led me to become involved with The Alternative Board (TAB). In addition to other qualifications, I am a TAB Certified Facilitator and Coach. The TAB program brings together the collective experience and wisdom of 6 to 10 business owners in a board setting once a month. The primary role of the TAB Board is to provide a forum for business owners to confidentially discuss their challenges and benefit from the experience and suggestions of the other members.
