Managed the Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations for this privately held mid-size PharmaceuticalCompany, with seven direct reports and a budget of $11 million.

Managed the Clifton facility expansion and Block Drug Integration activities, including the closure of the Puerto Rico site. The Clifton, New Jersey and Humacao, Puerto Rico manufacturing sites had budgets of $92 and $55 million, supporting sales of $490 million, consisting of 300 and 400 employees respectively.
