Current-Builds and maintains a strong management team.-Manages dialogue between shareholders and the board.-Oversees all decisions regarding the development schemes and corresponding sales.-Establishes and maintains new relationships with key stakeholders, third party consultants, local authorities and relevant governing bodies. -Consultant too many national banks and administrators e.g. KPMG, Grant Thornton, Delloite, specialising in Asset Management. -Oversees acquisition of all new land & sites. -Consults with all relevant third parties (planners through to construction partners) to implement strategic plans for a site. -Manages relationships with all third parties, investors, and government bodies.-Overseas all legal aspects of First-Step Group and new sites. -Implements & develops the brand identity for each scheme, whilst overseeing all design and marketing decisions. -Authorises all financial expenditure and overseas all banking. -Working alongside many banks and administrators to achieve exemplar high % yield returns on properties.
