IBM AS400 experience in ILE RPG – Embeded SQL / CLP programming languages, SQL language, Websphere, SEQUEL, M/S Word, M/S Excel. The position reports directly to the CSO, VP of IT performing data mining and statistical analysis reporting for the Call Center Operations and Client Reporting. Primarily responsible for creating production analytical reports to monitor employee productivity. Data retrieval by RPG/SQL programs and inserted to text files for import to Excel Spreadsheet for management and client access.
