Our mission is to raise awareness of environmental damage that has been created as a result of global warming.Responsible for creating, developing and executing an innovative range of Hospitality & Catering packages at races across diverse remote international locations.- Management of the Extreme E nominated partner to create a unique and intimate hospitality experience that is complementary to our unique event locations whilst maintaining the foundations of the brand: sustainability being the core principle.- Onsite management of build, operation and derig of the hospitality space (the Explorer Lounge) which varies at each location – from a Saudi Arabian Bedouin complex to a Senegalese beach club. Working closely with local suppliers and the community to bring the concept to life.- Complete oversight of the planning, production and delivery of all on site catering elements. 12,000 covers over 2 weeks. This includes both VIP hospitality catering with showcase theatrical elements alongside the extensive Team & Crew catering.- Responsible for management of all Hospitality and Catering budgets and reconciliation together with the Event Management team reporting these to the CMO, CCO and Finance department.- Leadership of all menu development with local appointed suppliers and collation of all Health & Safety/ Food Safety/ HACCP documentation in line with local & global regulations.- Coordination of relevant partner deals related to onsite hospitality and catering events - examples including Champagne sponsor / Beer sponsor and any other partners required.- Spearheading the development of new innovative Hospitality products considering the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
