I am the CFO of Lloyd Enterprises Inc. responsible for the day to day Finance, HR and IT, Safety and the Fleet Maintenance operations of Lloyd Enterprises Inc, a General Contractor specializing in site preparation. My responsibilities include financial analysis, financial reporting, project WIP management, treasury and banking, equipment financing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and vendor management/ relations. In addition to Finance responsibilities, I am responsible for risk management and involved in safety program and fleet maintenance operation for the organization. I also assisted with marketing for the organization. I lead the accounting team of 5 employees through a successful accounting ERP software change in 2016, after the previous software had been in use for over 20 years. I implemented software to automate the ticketing system at our gravel pit in 2016, eliminating a manual ticketing process. I have implemented numerous technology changes within the organization which have streamlined operations and reduced costs. I have implemented controls in our automotive shop saving over $15,000 per month. I am currently a Director on the Board and also an Officer serving as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary.

Director of youth hockey at Kent Valley Hockey Association. I serve as Program Director and lead coach for Learn to Play hockey and I am currently the 12U Select team head coach. Grew the Learn to Play Hockey program from approximately 25 participants to over 70 participants in my first year. Utilized USA hockey's Try Hockey for Free model to introduce ice hockey to new participants in the South Sound area of Seattle. Grew our U8 program from 7 participants to over 20 in one year and have maintained that level over five seasons. I have partnered with the rinks Learn to Skate program coaches to provide hockey training at the Learn to Skate level and they also work with the hockey program to provide advanced skating skills for our hockey players.

South King County Home Services is the corporate parent company for Handyman Connection of South King County. I was a licensed contractor in the state of Washington carrying full insurance and bonding. We specialized in small to medium sized home repairs and remodels. Our goal is our customer's satisfaction. I was responsible for the day to day operations of the business including customer service, accounting, HR, hiring, training, project management, advertising and general manager duties.

Oversaw the start up operations including territory selection, training, marketing and launch. We were licensed, bonded and insured as a general contractor in the state of Washington, specializing in small to medium sized home repairs and remodels. I had a team of up to 10 craftsmen who worked with me completing my customers various projects. During the 2nd year of operation we were recognized as one of the highest increases in revenue during the annual franchisee conference. I also had a A rating with the BBB and recognized by Angie's list for customer service. I handled all operational areas including hiring, training, customer service, project management, accounting and advertising.
