As a wharf hand for Manly Fast Ferry I was responsible for the safety of large numbers of passengers in the boarding and disembarking of vessels. A high level of customer service and organisational skills is required assisting passengers and acting as the face of the company as they disembark the service.

As part of the sales staff at Manly Fast Ferry at a junior level I developed an appreciation of the commercial drivers of a successful maritime business and was pivotal as the face to face sales and marketing of the companies extensive range of products.

Appointed as a Patrol Captain for the 2016/17 and 2017/18 season I work with a team of highly qualified members to maintain safety on the beach, preserve life in the surf and manage critical incidents.
