Created and delivered a commercially-focused content strategy targeted at property buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, homeowners and estate agents across the UK.The role spanned web and app content, paid and organic social, email comms, video production, tone of voice and more.Also set up the content design discipline at Zoopla, hiring the company's first permanent content designer.Our work won two International Content Marketing Association awards (Zoopla Fort Challenge) and a Drum award (Key Metrics).

Set up a new 70-strong Content Design & SEO team during my final few months at BT. Responsible for all content and SEO on BT.com and EE.co.uk, plus associated apps. Major content deliveries included the launch of 5G on EE and the most-watched Champions League final ever on BT.

Led the digital content management team at BT Sport (BTSport.com and the BT Sport app), the BT.com editorial team and the BT UK social media team (@BT_UK).

Hired and led a new digital content team at BT Sport, delivering record-breaking results across web and app.We were shortlisted for a number of industry awards including the Drum Online Media Awards, the AOP Awards and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Awards.

Delivered a successful, revenue-generating content strategy for BT.com, managing a seven-figure budget, including external agency responsibility.Built an editorial team from scratch, working on a new content management system, with new operational workflows, processes and guidelines.

Responsible for the Orange UK homepages across desktop and mobile, including editorial content (news, sport, entertainment), product marketing and all reporting and analytics.Worked on three major redesigns, led a small editorial team and managed the homepage marketing strategy for above-the-line campaigns including Glastonbury and the BAFTAs.Selected by peers to represent the UK digital team on a pan-Orange Employee Consultancy Forum.

Editor of Orange.co.uk/sport (sadly no longer with us). Launched several blogs and microsites, including one for the 2006 World Cup that became the fifth most-visited World Cup site in the UK.

Editorial responsibility for the Wanadoo.co.uk homepage (later became Orange.co.uk). During my time there, Wanadoo was one of the top 25 most-visited websites in the UK.

Editor of the AOL Broadband website - covering entertainment, news, sport, music, travel and games.

Edited homepage and subsections of ITV.com/football during a period when ITV had TV rights to the English Premiership. Interviewed presenters and players and covered the 2002 World Cup.
