I run a specialist consultancy based in the centre of the Netherlands. I am specialised in the areas of Transactional Analysis, personal and professional development, business operations, leadership and communication. I have over 35 years experience as a consultant, manager and as an international trainer, coach and supervisor. I have worked within the government and private sector.I am a MSc and TSTA (Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst) in organizational TA. I am an accredited Teaching and Supervising member of the EATA and ITAA. From 2016 - 2020 I was EATA-delegate for the Netherlands and within the EATA I was the chairman of the European Connection Committee (ECC). I run TA101's, foundation years, specialisation years, (open) workshops, webinars and support students individually on their way to international qualification (CTA and TSTA). I am a member of the Dutch TA-association (NVTA) and an honorary member of the Ukrainian TA-association (USTA). I uphold the code of ethics and professional guidelines of these bodies.
